Infusa Distillery is a family owned and operated micro distillery in Gippsland Victoria since 2023. Starting operations out of the Maffco Brewery & taphouse in 2023, then moving into a new independent facility in Traralgon in late 2025.

Infusa Distillery create products that showcase Gippsland produce and focus on sustainability.

Our longterm focus is on craft Rum and producing sustainable un-aged spirits that showcase Gippsland produce.
